In the finale scene of Pink Laces' "Can We Rise," we embarked on an 2D animated journey where the protagonist unravels the secrets of intergalactic travel through intricate equations. This sequence added a visually stunning touch to the music video's climax, blending creativity and precision seamlessly.
As the 2D Animation Unit Director, I not only steered the animation ship but also dived into character design, ensuring a perfect fit for our cosmic narrative. Taking charge of animation, clean-up and composite supervision, I maintained a consistent style throughout, showcasing versatility and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Challenged with a three-week deadline to produce a minute of full hand-drawn animation, this project marked my initiation into assembling and leading a team of freelancers. Yet, we embraced the pressure, turning challenges into opportunities.
