Direction
Creative ownership from early ideas through final execution, including story, visual approach, storyboard and animatic when needed.

Planning and leading the animation side, from artist assignments and shot reviews to drawovers, feedback and final quality.

Scope, budget, schedule, team setup, workflows, client communication, reviews and delivery.
Hands-on Execution
Storyboard, animatic, 2D animation, motion and compositing when the project benefits from me staying close to the work.

Not every job needs the same structure. I can stay hands-on, bring in a lean crew or lead a larger production depending on the scope, schedule and creative needs.
Solo: For focused pieces, I can take a brief, concept or supplied assets through execution and final delivery, keeping the process direct and lightweight.
Lean team: When the work needs more hands or specialized roles, I can build a small team around what the project actually needs.
Full production​​​​​​​: For larger jobs, I can structure and lead distributed teams, coordinate department leads and keep clients, directors and artists aligned through the pipeline.
End-to-end, when it makes sense

Some projects don't need a full production structure. When the scope is right, I can take on multiple parts of the process myself and keep the path from brief to final delivery short.
