Extintos was a branded animated mini-series developed for Bavaria’s Póker, involving multiple creative stakeholders and animation studios. While the concept was strong, the brand lacked in-house animation expertise, making coordination, feasibility, and consistency critical from early development through delivery.
Keeping a multi-studio animated series on track — creatively, technically, and financially — while translating agency and director vision into clear, executable instructions for each animation team, without compromising quality or deadlines.​​​​​​​
My role & key decisions
- Acted as the bridge between agency, director and animation studios, translating creative intent into actionable production guidelines.
- Evaluated feasibility early to anticipate technical risks before they escalated.
-Worked closely with studio leads, providing targeted feedback across storyboards, animation, and compositing to maintain visual cohesion.
- Structured communication and decision-making to keep over 60 contributors aligned throughout a four-month production cycle.
- Prioritized problem-solving and clarity to protect both creative ambition and production realities.
