Tattoo Zoo is an independent plush-toy brand built around tattoo-covered characters inspired by tattoo culture. Over a six-month collaboration, I helped shape its content direction through animated shorts and comics designed to strengthen audience connection and support brand growth.

Challenge
The project combined indie-budget constraints, highly detailed character designs, and a demanding release cadence. The goal was to create a content system that could stay consistent, engaging, and sustainable over time.
My Contribution
I led both creative and production across the collaboration, defining content formats, adapting scripts, creating storyboards, and overseeing delivery. I also handled budget design, negotiation, team coordination, and client communication while supervising a remote team and managing a high-volume monthly pipeline.
Scope
Over six months, we produced 20+ animations and 30+ comics, averaging roughly 12 to 20 pieces per month. The work required balancing speed, clarity, and brand consistency across a continuous stream of social content.
Impact
The content contributed to 15K+ followers in six months, 160K+ views across platforms, and 10K+ likes. More importantly, the collaboration helped position animation and storytelling as a meaningful part of the brand’s audience-building strategy.
